These Terms govern your use of this website and the junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and demolition services provided by Dumped Co. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Dumped Co. provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and demolition services across the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing depend on your location, the materials involved, site access, and our capacity at the time you book.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed when our crew arrives and assesses the actual volume, weight, and materials. Heavy debris like concrete, brick, shingles, and dirt is priced differently than general junk because it fills the truck by weight before volume.
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A service agreement is formed when we confirm your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and standard digital payments.
What you're responsible for
- Accurately describing the items, volume, and access conditions when you request a quote.
- Clearly identifying what is and isn't intended for removal.
- Ensuring our crew has safe, legal access to the property and items.
- Disclosing any hazardous, regulated, or restricted materials in advance.
Once items are loaded into our truck, removal is final. Please double-check before we load.
Items we don't accept
For safety and regulatory reasons, we don't accept certain materials including hazardous waste, biohazards, asbestos, and certain chemicals. See our prohibited items list for the full rundown. If you're unsure about something, just ask before we arrive.
Liability
We carry insurance and take care with your property. That said, we aren't responsible for:
- Items mistakenly hauled away when they were staged or marked alongside removal items.
- Pre-existing damage to floors, walls, doorways, or landscaping.
- Damage caused by hidden conditions (compromised flooring, concealed wiring, etc.) that weren't disclosed.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Need to cancel or reschedule? Just give us as much notice as you can — ideally 24 hours — so we can adjust the route. We don't charge cancellation fees on standard residential jobs, but large multi-day projects, demolition work, and commercial bookings may carry deposit terms agreed in writing.
Website use
Our site and its content are owned by Dumped Co. You're welcome to view, share, and link to it. Please don't scrape, redistribute commercially, or attempt to disrupt the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
